Blossom Hill’s “Only Way Up” Is A Must-Listen Track

Blossom Hill, an underground British producer, DJ, and photographer now based in Berlin, makes an impression with “Only Way Up,” a highlight from his debut EP, “Home Colours.”

“Only Way Up” stands out with its layered synths and steady beats, creating a sound that’s both introspective and forward-moving. The track perfectly reflects his journey, merging his personal experiences with his deep connection to both Berlin and London.

Written during an intense ten-day session in his Berlin bedroom, the track showcases the core of his longing for London and the people he missed. He says “I spent 10 straight days condensing 6 months of my lived experience into 31 mins of audio and even painted my head to share this with you. After 2 full years of agonising over details and convincing myself to share this, I truly hope you find something within the music that you can connect to and find value in. It’s a record about the beautifully intense moments of human connection, even in the knowledge that they won’t last forever.”

With a completely different background to music – in Cognitive Neuroscience but with a key role in the music industry as label manager and A&R for Seb Wildblood’s label all my thoughts, Blossom Hill brings a unique perspective to his music.

He is heavily supported by figures like Seb Wildblood, O’Flynn, and Helena Starr, this track is a clear sign of Blossom Hill’s emerging presence in the electronic music scene, offering a sound that’s both personal and relatable.
