Broke Mag’s Wob Wrap-Up 0.4

The first Monday of May is here and a celebratory Bank Holiday means new releases to be revealed by none other than London’s (and beyond) favourite underground and authentic digital magazine. This week we nod to a load more genres, sound blends and even more underground artists to gain some well-deserved recognition.

Featuring our dear London-based friends TIBASKO, Portuguese talent Trikk, the female musical icon on the rise BEC, DJ-producer NOTION and many others that are guaranteed to make your eardrums go crazy. No worries if you are a strict one-genre listener or you rather unique ranges, compositions and unexpected melodies, the below will have something for you…

TIBASKO – Sniff & Snüff

You may have witnessed us rant about the British electronic duo TIBASKO… well this week they return with the latest single, ‘Snif n Snüf’. It completely captures the energy of their sold-out Colour Factor club night earlier this year, blending breakbeat and 90s rave influences into a dark, techno banger with haunting vocal samples.

Ken Petalcorin and Andy Bowden, the duo behind TIBASKO, are carving a niche with their extraordinary, melodic sound that blends breaks, rhythmic techno, and trance. Their music has garnered praise from industry names like Bonobo, Diplo, and BBC Radio 1, solidifying their position as a key player in the UK electronic scene. With ‘Snif n Snüf’, TIBASKO again proves their worth, cementing their status as an essential UK act in the electronic music landscape.
