Feb 1 – Origins x Corsica Rave at Corsica Studios

Situated in the newly gentrified E&C (ew I know), the venue Corsica remains culture-focused (thank the DJ lords). The established party Origins will be taking the venue over for a cheap-as-chips rave and as per their own words, their goal is to bring “people together around house and techno music in London” and have been doing so since 2012. The lineup for the night includes Odd Familiar, Mark Shadow, Lola So, ISHA, IZZY, Millian, Marksson, Theo, Inertia, Sonem, Armând and Milad.
Feb 1 – Planet Groove at Venue M.O.T

You can’t go wrong with a name like ‘Planet Groove.’ As Bermondsey locals, we’re naturally drawn to the funk of this one. Tucked away in an industrial estate, MOT/Unit 18 has long supported young artists and promoters, shaping a local music spot that keeps the energy high until the early hours. The lineup includes Orpheu The Wizard, DJ sweet6teen and Ariane V.

Launching this February, Queer Jazz brings a new monthly residency to Vortex Jazz Club, spotlighting both rising and established queer talent from across the UK and Europe. More than just a series of gigs, Queer Jazz is a platform dedicated to nurturing, celebrating, and amplifying the voices shaping the emerging queer jazz scene. Curated by Tina Edwards and Arowah, the lineup features an exciting mix of innovative LGBTQI+ artists, with support from Arts Council England. For the debut, they welcome Queen Kaltoum—a Moroccan-born, London-based singer-songwriter whose Neo-Soul and R&B-infused sound creates a space of warmth, healing, and connection.
