Filipino Naarm-based Juno Mamba releases “Slow Dreams”

Melbourne-based electronic artist Juno Mamba has just dropped a dreamy new track, “Slow Dreams,” from his eagerly awaited EP, Cold Rush (set to release on August 23).

The Filipino-Australian producer, who has already amassed nearly 8 million streams and caught the attention of heavyweights like Tourist and RÜFÜS DÜ SOL, describes “Slow Dreams” as an ode to those fleeting moments in dreams that we wish could last forever.

This latest single is a soothing yet compelling journey through the artist’s emotional landscape, capturing the essence of Ballarat’s chill winter nights. It’s the perfect slow-burner amidst the EP’s more dancefloor-driven beats, drawing listeners euphoria with its gentle rhythms and atmospheric vibes.

Juno says “Slow Dreams was inspired by dreams that you never want to end. It’s that moment when you feel yourself beginning to wake but you try everything you can to slow things down and stay in that moment.”

With a tranquil yet intense soundscape, the track mirrors the EP’s reflective nature, tugging at the heartstrings with its repetitive, almost meditative lyrics: “One more time / stay here.”

This instalment by Juno is purely an invitation to pause and revel in the beauty of life.
