Forbidden Forest Brings Bangers, Beats And Vibes To Belvoir Castle For 2023

Returning to the Midlands for its eighth year, the electronic music exravaganza, Forbidden Forest, unleashed an unforgettable line up of acts and manufactured an enchanting atmosphere bubbling with body-moving beats for its 2023 attendees.

In what would be a non-stop weekend of feel-good vibes from start to finish, the industry’s most exceptional artists spanning House, Tech House, Tecno and D’n’B flocked to Belvoir Castle’s enchanting woodland for day one, where world-renowned labels Defected and Glitterbox, took the reins treating festival goers to a mind-blowing mashup of tunes, including a surprise B2B set from Low Steppa and Darius Syrossian.

Solidifying Forbidden Forest’s captivating aura, day 2 saw D’n’B royalty Andy C, Hedex, High Contrast, and Wilkinson set the stage ablaze, while Tech House heavyweights Hannah Laing, Schak, Ben Hemsley, Hannah Wants, Solardo, and Franky Wah let loose what can only be described as sonic bliss. Coming through for the techno enthusiasts Eli Brown, Massano, and ADRIANNA cured their cravings with mesmerizing beats in the blistering heat.

The final day of the weekend was nothing short of surreal, featuring feauring sets from Marco Carola, Nathan Dawe, Crazy P Soundsystem, Horse Meat Disco, Denis Sulta, MK, and Krystal Klear. Chart-topper Example also made a triumphant return to Forbidden, followed by an epic performance by non other than Nottingham native Bru-C.
