Hermès Is Suing Namilia For Their SS24 Show

Honestly? We saw this coming a mile off. Hermès, despite what it’s clout-chasing band of followers would have you believe, has become a symbol of basic b*tch style. Threatened by daring designers, we’ve watched time and time again as the brand has sued creatives bringing, it’s frankly outdated, designs into the 21st century, be it MetaBirkin in 2021 and or Namilia, who announced the news via Instagram today.

Perhaps the most amusing part of this entire situation is Hermès entierly missing the point of Namilia’s SS24 collection, decrying them for doing what Hermès needs most right now, to be recognised as a symbol of status by a brand that’s actually relevant in 2023. (We’ll give them a little compassion…they’ve been releasing the same washed out commercial crap for fifteen years, so it’s no wonder they can’t comprehend contemporary concepts.)

Long story short, we’re backing brands like Namilia, who bring fashion into the future with every season, and frankly, ya’ll are even more iconic now.

Should Hermès ever see this and decide to sue for defamation, we’ve got £60 in our account and a business worth £0. Bring it b*itches (we could use the exposure).

Big love
