Jamie Jones Brings Paradise to The Drumsheds: A Night of Electronic Bliss

Just a few days ago 15,000 ravers joined Jamie Jones prominent event at the opening of the UK’s largest venue Drumsheds. Where this was once a towering, huge IKEA in North London but is now a leading-edge residence for electronic music.

We immediately hear the melodies flowing from the venue as we strolled down the side of the road towards the entrance. The sound system already sounded immense. Paradise at Drumsheds is more than just a music event, it’s an immersive experience that engages all the senses. The carefully crafted production, mesmerizing visuals and the communal spirit of the crowd come together to create a night that transcends the ordinary club experience.

Following another busy summer in Ibiza, Paradise hosted their residency at Amnesia for the second year in a row, after shifting from Ibiza’s legendary club DC10. It amazing for the Paradise family to embark on the continuous journey and return back the UK giving a total Ibiza vibe to London. The concept behind Paradise involves creating an immersive and vibrant atmosphere where attendees can experience top-notch electronic music, particularly in the realms of house and techno. Jamie Jones often curates lineups featuring a mix of established and up-and-coming artists, contributing to the overall appeal of the events.

Alongside the Hot Creations regulars like Richy Ahmed, wAFF, Seb Zito and Jones himself a huge line up of great DJ’s will join the party. Among the list of regular guests Paradise such as Marco Carola, Hot Since 82, Bontan, Archie Hamilton, Toman, Kolter, Lauren Lo Sung, Jasper James, Cassy, Alisha and Manda Moor.

The lineup also included some of the industry’s most exciting newcomers, such as Gaskin, who is known for his event Bass Jamz, which began with a group of pals from Newcastle. Gaskin is also known for his current production and releases with the likes of PIV. We also saw Antts, another rising artist in the industry with releases on Solid Grooves who we were lucky to witness on the lineup.

These parties have been known for their lively and energetic vibes, attracting a diverse crowd of music enthusiasts. The venue for Paradise events in Ibiza may vary, as the electronic music scene on the island is characterised by a variety of clubs and venues hosting different events throughout the season so to be able bring that atmosphere back to the UK to Drumsheds felt warming for us ravers.

We could sense the enthusiasm in the audience while the beats went through an engulfing trip. It was interesting to see so many beaming faces all in what used to be a furniture shop. We believe Paradise will always hold a special place in my heart because it is a nostalgic event that we have attended over my seasons in Ibiza. Every one of the rooms in the venue seemed so intimate, allowing ravers to appreciate and express themselves while dancing to the grooves pumping through them. The venue itself had a great capacity and there was plenty of room to dance without feeling confined. Hopefully, we will see more of Paradise at Drumsheds.

Drumsheds has become synonymous with cutting-edge events and extraordinary experiences. It’s versatile indoor and outdoor spaces make it an ideal setting for music enthusiasts seeking something beyond the ordinary. We could embrace the industrial aesthetic and state-of-the-art production which provided a backdrop that complements the energy and creativity of electronic music.
