William Kiss – House Machine

For lovers of true classic house music, you wanna get listening. Melbourne-based William Kiss is known for his adept fusion of club and festival vibes. With this latest release ‘House Machine’ he brings his signature oversized basslines and memorable samples to your eardrums.

Being unleashed through Peggy Gou’s infamous record label Gudu, ‘House Machine’ follows Dukwa’s Club Gudu 001 release, continuing the label’s tradition of delivering dancefloor-focused music.

Hardt Antoine – I Will

Hardt Antoine is a new one on the scene who seamlessly transitions between roles as a DJ, producer, label head, and promoter, showcasing an artistic prowess for dance music. Influenced by his diverse French and Jamaican heritage, his musical palette spans various genres such as house, classical, soul, and ’80s pop.

His dynamic output resonates strongly within the club circuit, garnering widespread acclaim. This latest beat-heavy song ‘I Will’ is part of a 2-track EP that is the perfect mixture between full rave face and euphoria. We see this being played until in early morning as the sun rises once festival season is in full swing.

Len Faki – I Believe & Simple Addition (Hardspace Mix)

So this one is a double-whammy! You’d be an idiot if you said these tunes don’t make your body go mad. The build-up is so unreal in ‘Simple Addition’ that the saliva from my mouth is toe-tapping. One thing that can’t come sooner is listening to these tracks in the baking heat as our inner rave demon comes to life.

Described by Resident Advisor as “one of the most outstanding and in-demand artists in techno’s present age” Len Faki is a Berlin-based DJ, producer and label owner tearing up the scene. This week he releases Hardspace Vol 3 – a new remix-series, giving his favorite tunes a new life on the dancefloor.

The track ‘Simple Addition’ serves as an ideal foundation for Faki’s distinctive editing style, accentuating the rhythmic interplay of percussive elements and enhancing the low-end resonance.

Bklava – all around me

One of our favourite new-gen DJ/producers is Bklava who has just collaborated with garage pioneer, MJ Cole for the single ‘all around me’. Drawing on US garage house, blending their powerful vocals and sugar-sweet y2k aesthetics, the sunkissed UKG bop is the fourth offering from Bklava’s forthcoming mixtape, c u l8r, coming out 5th July on their own imprint, Spin Suga.

In the upcoming mixtape, Bklava reflects on themes around self-acceptance, love and connection on the dancefloor, self-expression, freedom and beyond. They are also not afraid to talk about difficult issues around mental health, body image and more – e.g. they recently shared their experiences about the difficulties of working freelance, full-time as an artist on their Instagram, which has seen them gain a lot of positive support and in return people have also spoken up about their experiences.

Shygirl – encore ft. Danny L Harle, Club Shy

Shygirl’s presence in the music scene is noticeable, with recent collaborations and solo ventures solidifying her status. From spinning tracks alongside Björk in Brooklyn to gearing up to support Charli XCX and Troye Sivan on their upcoming tour, she’s making waves.

This week she unveils her latest single, “Encore,” a collaboration with Danny L Harle. This track serves as the standout original piece on her forthcoming CLUB SHY RMX EP, slated for release in June. With “Encore,” Shygirl continues to explore new territories, further establishing herself as a now household name within the music industry.

Boo – Kama Sutra

For the more melodic girlie-pops who like some daydreamy trance – this track is bound to make your bones tingle. The artist Boo hails from North East England in Teesside and she is about to reveal her debut EP titled ‘Winged Victory’ as she gears up for an eventful summer. This latest single ‘Kama Sutra’ offers a glimpse into the EP’s essence and we can’t stop listening.

For Boo, 2024 represents a pivotal moment in her artistic journey, defying expectations in a region where pursuing artistry often feels like an uphill battle. Her distinctive sonic identity, akin to the emotional resonance of her dynamic DJ performances, can be characterized as ’emotional body music’. Picture her signature chopped vocals, ethereal soundscapes, and a quest for existential liberation through creative expression.

LUXE – fay air

Again, another very soothing sound for the soul from an amazing UK producer, composer and DJ called LUXE. This London-based artist is diving headfirst into her next creative chapter with a trilogy of singles (‘fay air’ being one of them) that blur the lines between club beats and classical vibes. This new direction reflects LUXE’s lifelong fascination with natural landscapes and the echoes of past lives.

‘fey air’ dives deeper into melancholic tones with a gritty edge to what LUXE is known for. But don’t think she’s forgotten the dancefloor – LUXE is still tearing it up as one of the hottest club DJs around, with international gigs lined up all year. From the depths of introspection to the heights of euphoria, LUXE is a force to be reckoned with in every musical arena.

Manda Moor – KarateCat

Danish/Filipino DJ/producer Manda Moor’s groove-infused house sound is lingering through her latest release. This venture is a debut on Loco Dice’s SB Recordings with ‘KarateCat’ aiming to showcase a new aspect of her musical persona.

Inspired by Dice’s vibe and hip-hop influences, Manda injects her own spice into the high-energy track. ‘KarateCat’ bursts with vigour, featuring skippy percussion, warping vocals, piercing stabs, and bumping bass licks for a dynamic terrace experience. Dice’s remix adds a tough edge with heavy kicks and carnival-infused energy.

Frankey & Sandrino – Memories

Frankey & Sandrino’s latest release ‘Memories’ features vocalist Charlotte Riby and offers a captivating blend of house music, showcasing their signature sound design. With hypnotic melodies and emotive lyrics, the track delves into themes of introspection and nostalgia.

For over a decade, Frankey & Sandrino, a German duo based in Essen and Berlin, have intertwined their creative and personal lives across cities. Their music has earned them acclaim in the upper echelons of house and techno and they remain committed to pushing boundaries.
