Dance floor domination at Argys album tour

To be invited to Argy’s largest London headline show at Outer Net in Soho, instantly I grabbed my  girls, pre gamed hard ( maybe a little too hard ) and we shot over there! The other Brokerz that  joined me Saturday are not die hard tech fans, which I’ll let you know at the end if Argy and Ida  Engberg had influenced them to update their new Spotify playlist.

Stepping in the four story establishment, We was captivated by Illuminating strobe lights syncing  with the infectious tech music blazing from the back of the room. Our eyes rapidly zoomed to the  decks to see the iconic Swedish powerhouse Ida Engberg. Ida dominated the dance floor with  with her pulsating legendary mix of deep and dirty techno beats that interflowed with a screen of  trippy visuals behind her (what a touch for us ravers). She absolutely smashed opening for Argy  and got us prepared for this unforgettable night ahead.

When I attend events I always give myself a few goals to achieve…Saturday it was to get behind  those decks and get some sick content. We had a few shots for liquid courage then grabbed a  white claw each and grooved our way to the body guard who guided us up the platform behind

the decks. Of course my laid back reaction was always “sickkkk” but my mates were so gassed  to view the sea of bodies blending and rallying up for the main man.

Our digi cameras, sunglasses and phones were ready at the go. Lights from the crowds phones  swamped the room as the veteran of melodic techno arrived and did he make it known. The  legendary songs like ‘Aria’, ‘Faust’ and ‘higher power’ all from his new album ‘New World’  possessed everyone’s rhythm in that venue. The sounds of screaming “TUNE!” And the energy  from hard core tech lovers dancing till their feet bled really radiated through each person.

We met some absolute sound people that night behind the decks and in the crowd, all there to  immerse themselves in this techno haven that Argy formed. His music tranced bodies and  definitely took my friends over to the dark side for the feral love for techno music.

We ended this night or morning I should say full of dopamine from hours of dancing and to  witness such an amazing community of people absolutely thriving in the electronic dance scene.  We had one last stop at our local kebab shop and sang ‘higher power’ all the way home.
