Emerging Producer MAFRO Has Officially Found His Sound With A Remix Of Aluna’s ‘Underwater’

We’re gonna be real, the first time listening to this track, we went back and forth on if you Brokerz would vibe with it (no shade, we’re just not one for extended vocals), HOWEVER, the beats had us hooked and after honing in on them the second time round we were sold (the same thing happened with DJ Seinfeld’s ‘Now You Do’ and we’d lay down our life to hear that for the time again).

Big up Aluna for the vocals (girl you’ve got the voice of an angel), but we really wanna give some clout to MAFRO for this one. He’s a name that hasn’t popped up on our radar before and after doing some digging through the archives of his Spotify, we’ve come to the conclusion that he’s in the process of cementing a new sound (correct us if we’re wrong).

MAFRO has really stepping into his niche of meloncholy electronic music mixed with ravey euphoria with his remix of ‘Underwater’ and it’s unlike any of his previous releases. You might have heard a some beats from this emerging artist before, co-producing for Diplo in the past and performing at Lost Village over the summer, but if, like us, you’re discovering him for the first time like us, take a listen because in our opinion, you couldn’t have found him at a better time.
